​The 101st Annual Convocation of the New Hampshire Council of Deliberation will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the Colonial Theater, 95 Main Street, Keene, NH.

Attire: Attire for the Brethren is a business suit with regalia. Active and Honorary Members of the Supreme Council should wear black tux with regalia. Ladies' attire is formal.

Agenda:

• 8:30 AM Registration
• 9:30 AM Annual Meeting
• 11:30 AM Patriotic-themed presentation
• 12:00 PM Luncheon at St. George Church (a short walk from the Theater)

Registration: Registration begins at 8:30 AM at the Colonial Theater. Please have your membership card ready for scanning.

Meeting Room: The meeting will be held in the “Showroom Venue” of the Colonial Theater (20 Commercial St., Keene).

Parking: Public Parking is located directly behind St George Church and is adjacent to the Showroom Venue.

Luncheon: A catered lunch by Tempesta’s Catering will be held following the meeting at St George Greek Orthodox Church (70 West St., Keene). The Luncheon location is about 200 yards from the Meeting Location. All COD attendees are welcome to join us for this event. Reservations will be required. We look forward to meeting you there.

All reports from Committees and the election of Officers will be acted upon.
Scholarship Recipients will be invited to attend and personally receive their donation checks. Also, a notice of the selection(s) from the Meritorious Service Award Committee shall be brought forth.

Proxy Forms may be requested from the office for any officers unable to attend.
