Supreme Council launched The Valley of Excellence Program in 2020 to recognize Northern Masonic Jurisdiction Valleys to reward them for their successes.
The Valley of Excellence program is based on four pillars which focuses on membership, service/philanthropy, leadership development, and operations. Valleys in the Jurisdiction compete to accomplish recruit, engage, and retain members, develop leadership, giving back to their communities, as well as administrative and financial operation goals.
To become a "Valley of Excellence", a Valley needs to obtain a minimum score of 90%. Utilizing the matrix below, each Valley creates programs to obtain points and these points roll up into percentages.
