Due to Supreme Council's change for all Valleys to annually bill dues in August, there are a few changes required to the By-laws of the Lodge of Perfection, Council, and Chapter. There is no change required to the By-laws of New Hampshire Consistory.

The Finance Committee shall propose at the Regular Convocation in May the amount of the annual dues for the next year adequate to meet the expenses of Aaron P. Hughes Lodge of Perfection. The proposal shall be held over for action at the Regular Convocation in September. The proposal and any amendments thereto shall be adopted if approved by a majority of the members present and voting at the September Convocation.
Every member of Aaron P. Hughes Lodge of Perfection, except Honorary members and those exempt under Section 2 of this Article, shall pay to the Secretary on or before the 31st day of December in each year the amount of dues as approved at the September Convocation plus any assessments levied by the Supreme Council.

Section 2. Every member of New Hampshire Consistory, except Honorary Members and those exempt in Section 3 of this article, shall pay to the Secretary on or before the 31st day of July in each year the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for the ensuing year, unless remitted by vote of said Consistory, and shall receive an identification card which he must present at all rendezvous of the Consistory.

Article X, Section 2 of the New Hampshire Consistory By-laws, and the second paragraph of Article VIII of the Lodge of Perfection, Council, and Chapter By-Laws are all worded as follows: Any action of the Supreme Council, or of the New Hampshire Council of Deliberation, which may affect or alter these By-Laws in any respect, shall be regarded as an amendment to them, and these regulations shall thereafter be deemed amended to conform therewith.
